In-person psychotherapy offers a safe environment for the person to explore challenges,
emotions, behaviors, thoughts, and beliefs that affect their lifestyle, then process them
and develop helpful coping strategies to achieve personal growth and healing. This treatment
is effective for addressing depression, anxiety, divorce, trauma, substance use, grief, life
transitions, PTSD, and other mental illnesses. Common modalities include EMDR, CBT, and
Humanistic Therapy, such as Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Existential
Therapy. Our session lasts from 50 to 60 minutes and can be offered in person or online
