• I am passionate about helping others through their healing process because I see my profession as a calling from God. I have worked as a mental health provider since 2009. My mission is to help individuals discover a more grace-filled personal life, to help couples create a more intimate marriage, and to help families enjoy a more fulfilling family life. I believe that each person is a special creation of God and should be treated with dignity, incorporating their faith and helping them to grow as a person by moving towards the integration of mind, body, and spirit. I am EMDR-trained (trauma-informed training) and trained as a leader of the Gottman Seven Principles.

  • I graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Social Work and in 2016 with a Master of Social Work both from the University of Texas at Arlington. I began my experience in mental health working with persons experiencing life challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress, loss, relationship issues, and suicidal ideation, amongst other since 2016. As a therapist, I utilize an eclectic approach, understanding that each individual is unique and special in their own way. My passion is to help individuals find the best version of themselves by growing in faith, uncovering strengths, healing past trauma, changing damaging behaviors and finding their own relationship with God while understanding their own mind/body/spiritual connection. I have strong family values and believe a healthy family enviroment can be the foundation to a strong community and a better world.

  • I have a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Tarleton State University (2009), which has allowed me to understand people’s needs, solve problems, measure achievements, and work with people from different cultures. In 2021, I graduated with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University. As a therapist, I believe we are all unique individuals; therefore, I use an eclectic approach. I firmly believe that all individuals can benefit from therapy to deal with health issues, traumas, difficult life events, or self-discovery. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults; however, I am passionate and trained to work with children.

  • I’m passionate about helping individuals find healing, balance, and connection in their lives. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I bring both training and compassion to my work. I have experience supporting clients through trauma, depression, anxiety, and other emotional challenges. My approach is eclectic and tailored to each person’s needs, drawing from person-centered therapy, CBT, and polyvagal-informed strategies. I am also currently training in EMDR to further enhance trauma-focused care. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard and empowered in your journey toward growth.

  • I believe that who we become is deeply connected to what we experience, especially in our earliest relationships. Our brains develop through these experiences, shaping how we understand ourselves, connect with others, and make sense of the world. I provide a warm and supportive space to help you understand how your experiences have shaped you, process what has been difficult, and create new experiences that support healing and growth. I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago and have experience working in community, school, and hospital settings.
